About the role

We have an opportunity for a Client Liaison to join us as a key member of our rapidly growing team.

The role will be particularly focused on supporting team engagement with clients, both investors and borrowers. The role is administrative, operational and has a large component of direct contact with Capspace clients.

Key responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support Capspace in growing the FUM, the loan portfolio including identifying including identifying opportunities to improve the onboarding and ongoing management processes for all clients
  • Manage the investor pipeline from origination to onboarding including responsibility for maintaining the pipeline and presenting regular updates to management
  • Maintain and improve the investment and loan portfolio management including data input, analysis and reporting
  • Ensure all investments are appropriately documented and in order.

Skills and experience

To effectively perform this position, the successful candidate will require the following:

Knowledge

  • Some knowledge of Australian investment alternatives (preferably RG146 compliant)
  • Some knowledge of processes involved in financial services.

Experience

  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in financial services or similar industries including client relationship and operational processes
  • An ability to manage the processes from deal origination to documentation and onboarding
  • Experience in data input and management.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree considered to be an advantage
  • Post graduate qualifications in investment will be valuable.
