Part Time Marketing Executive

About the role.
If you’re a seasoned marketer with 10+ years of experience in strategy and execution, and you love the variety that comes with a hands-on role, this could be for you. At Capspace, we’re a small, dynamic marketing team that moves fast, works hard, and enjoys what we do. No two days are the same - one day, you might be developing marketing campaigns, crafting content, and analysing data, while on another you’ll be bringing fresh ideas to engage our investor and broker communities.
Key responsibilities.
- Develop and run lead generation campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, paid ads, email marketing, and website optimisation.
- Support enhancement of the customer journey, ensuring smooth marketing touchpoints that engage and retain.
- Use marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads and improve efficiency.
- Create engaging content and marketing materials, from social media posts and newsletters to event collateral and articles.
- Track marketing performance, providing insights and suggestions to improve campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to support business goals and contribute fresh ideas.
- Open to exploring, or experienced in, new trends and tools, including AI-powered marketing, to keep us ahead of the curve.
Skills and experience.
- 10+ years of marketing experience (financial services experience is a plus!)
- Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that drive leads and brand growth.
- Experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, paid ads, and email marketing.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite (or willingness to learn)
- A creative thinker with great copywriting and content skills.
- Comfortable working with and interpreting data.
- An understanding of the customer journey and how to create meaningful touch points.
- Curious about new marketing trends and AI-powered tools (experience is a bonus!)
- A team player who can work independently and collaborate seamlessly and is happy to roll up their sleeves and get things done.
- Graphic design skills (preferred but not essential)
